still sickish. My head is full of snot and I can only breath out of one nostril. It switches back and forth. But no fever so that means I can get back on my bike. Nyquil is pretty good stuff.

nyquil is my fav for these types of things. Just rest. I'm sure my insistance on riding while i was sick helped extend the misery.
